Vibes Boutique is not responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen in transit. You are responsible for your order if you enter an incorrect shipping address. If it was entered incorrectly, please contact us immediately to check if we can update your order before shipment.
If you want to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow us to get back to you within 24-48 hours of your email being sent out. Please note that if your order has been finalized and shipped, we are unable to make any modifications and/or cancellations.

In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive a damaged item. You must send an inquiry within 3 days of receipt of the item so that we can resolve the issue immediately.
You have 7 days from the initial inquiry to provide all supporting evidence for a refund to be honored.
