Shipment of Orders

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship. Delivery time will vary based on your chosen shipping method. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please email us directly at vibesboutiqueofficial@gmail.com 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Vibes Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer. You are responsible for your order if you enter an incorrect shipping address. Upon receiving confirmation email, if your address was entered incorrectly, please contact us immediately to check if we can update your order before shipment.

If a package is returned to Vibes Boutique  due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. 

Vibes Boutique is not responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen in transit or after being confirmed delivered.

If you want to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at vibesboutiqueofficial@gmail.com. Please allow us to get back to you within 24-48 hours of your email being sent out. Please note that if your order has been finalized and shipped, we are unable to make any modifications and/or cancellations.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges for something of equal value or store credit only under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn and unused
    • In original condition with all tags attached
    • Free of any odors, stains, perfume, smoke, deodorant marks, pet hair, or other unusual smells
  • Once your exchange is approved, you will receive store credit for the item amount.
  • ITEMS CANNOT BE SWITCHED OUT IN STORE 
  • IF DOING PICK UP OPTION CANNOT BE SWITCHED IN STORE
  • ONLINE ORDERS HAVE TO BE EXCHANGED ONLINE ONLY

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable

To start an exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for the exchange.

DAMAGES:

In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive a damaged item. You must send an inquiry within 3 days of receipt of the item so that we can resolve the issue immediately.

You have 3 days from the initial inquiry to provide all supporting evidence for a refund to be honored.
